Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience transformation initiatives.
  • Provide consultative services to clients to help them navigate complex business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and deliver winning proposals and presentations that showcase Merkle's unique value proposition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consultative selling and sales leadership in a services business or agency.
  • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers at the C-suite level.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the customer experience, commerce, and digital/performance marketing industries.
  • Ability to set a strategy and lead and motivate a senior team across multiple countries to deliver on that strategy.
  • Strong commercial skills and a proven track record of creating large strategic deals (multi-year, multimillion-dollar) for clients that deliver value to both the client and the agency.
  • An ability to gain access to decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities with executive-level customers and partners.
  • Strong collaboration capabilities are critical to this role.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $136,000 - $219,650 per year.
  • A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits.
