Role: Collections Specialist at LHH
LHH is looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join their client in Concord, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work on a temp-to-hire basis with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule in the future.
Responsibilities:
- B2B Collections
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Contacting customers regarding overdue payments
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Reviewing aging reports
- Supporting billing processes as necessary
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B Collections
- Ability to work onsite in Concord
Compensation:
The expected pay range for this role is between $20/hour and $24/hour, dependent on experience.
Work Environment:
Onsite work initially, with potential for a hybrid setup in the future.
