As Columbia Sportswear Company's Domestic Tax Analyst, you will be a member of the Corporate Tax Team.

Here you will be responsible for preparing various aspects of the US Consolidated Federal and state income tax returns, including the international aspects of the US tax returns.

You will collaborate in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, and development of processes and computations associated with various aspects of US Tax Reform.

Your work as a tax analyst will provide the opportunity to partner with other business groups across finance, legal, sales, product development, compliance, IT and senior management.

You will also interact externally with tax jurisdictions, governmental bodies and auditors.

HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
Own preparation of all aspects of federal, state, income and other tax compliance preparation activities, including preparing and/or reviewing supporting schedules and returns; Consolidated Federal and State Corporation Income Tax Returns, including international aspects of US tax compliance, and Federal and State Partnership Tax Returns

Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations and assist with the preparation of the US cash forecast

Prepare certain aspects of the annual and quarterly tax provision (actual and budget/forecast); rolling over prior year workpapers, and preparing US deferred tax asset workpapers and US State calculations

Reconcile tax accounts and assist with the management and facilitation of income tax audits

Collaborate on the development of processes related to the fundamentals of US Tax Reform, and assist with special projects such as tax research, tax studies, analysis of income tax consequences, acquisitions, and varied business initiatives

YOU ARE
A skilled time manager

Curious and eager to learn, keeping abreast of tax law changes and research

Highly collaborativeandcommunicationsavvy

YOUHAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with an emphasis in Accounting and/or Taxation

2+ years' experience in consolidated corporate taxation in a large corporate and/or public accounting environment

Applied knowledge and experience in corporate tax compliance and tax returns

Experience with ASC 740 and OneSource Income Tax is a plus
