KPMG is actively seeking a Manager to enhance their International Tax division.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strategic advice to multinational corporations regarding critical business choices such as operations, entity selection, supply chain optimization, and global capital allocation.
- Provide insights on tax planning with global ramifications, assisting clients in anticipating both immediate and long-term impacts.
- Work alongside the Mergers & Acquisition Tax team to structure tax components for diverse business transactions.
- Support organizations in financial statement tax provisions and compliance efforts, ensuring precise reporting of international operations.
- Guide clients in utilizing income tax treaty planning for cross-border investments and activities.
- Assist alternative investment firms throughout their complete investment lifecycle with customized tax guidance.
- A minimum of five years of experience in international tax, mergers and acquisitions, or federal tax planning engagements.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees such as a master’s in Taxation, JD, or LLM are preferred. CPA, EA, or JD/LLM credentials are essential.
- Solid understanding of international and domestic tax legislation, with proficiency in research, writing, Excel modeling, and communication.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and cultivate client relationships effectively.
- Exhibit skills in enhancing market presence and delivering tailored services to clients.
