KPMG is actively seeking a Manager to enhance their International Tax division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic advice to multinational corporations on critical business choices such as operations, entity selection, supply chain optimization, and global capital mobilization.
  • Provide insights on tax planning with global ramifications, assisting clients in anticipating both immediate and long-term impacts.
  • Work in conjunction with the Mergers & Acquisition Tax team to structure tax components for various business transactions.
  • Support organizations in financial statement tax provisions and compliance efforts, ensuring precise reporting of global operations.
  • Guide clients in utilizing income tax treaty planning for international investments and activities.
  • Assist alternative investment firms throughout their entire investment lifecycle with customized tax guidance.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in international tax, mergers and acquisitions, or federal tax planning.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees such as a master's in Taxation, JD, or LLM are preferred. CPA, EA, or JD/LLM credentials are essential.
  • Strong understanding of both international and domestic tax regulations, with proficiency in research, writing, Excel modeling, and effective communication.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and cultivate client relationships successfully.
  • Exhibit skills in enhancing market presence and delivering tailored services to clients.
