 Job Details for Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist: 
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Pay Rate: $70K-$85K annual salary
  • Excellent Benefits Offered
  • Hybrid/remote option after training
     
 Job Description for Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist: 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Oversee the payroll process and payroll specialist
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance management techniques

 Job Requirements for Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist:
  • Proven working experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, Office Manager
  • Experience with the fundamentals of payroll processing 
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Knowledge of Sage software preferred - not required
  • Motivated and flexible
