Scheduling Manager

SYNERGY HomeCare of Broomall is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Operations / Scheduling Manager to oversee our scheduling processes. This role is essential for ensuring efficient coordination between caregivers and clients.

Compensation:
Starting salary from $42,760 (Base $35K + $7.7K on call) to $47,760 (Base $40K + $7.7K on call), with potential bonuses available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caregiver schedules and facilitate communication with clients
  • Utilize scheduling software for client and caregiver documentation
  • Respond to inquiries related to scheduling
  • Ensure caregiver availability, credentials, and care notes are accurate
  • Oversee the onboarding process from applicant to employee
  • Conduct HR tasks including phone screenings and paperwork coordination
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and office meetings
  • Assist the team with various organizational tasks
  • Process payroll and provide employee support
  • Maintain employee records in the database
  • Supervise all office operations
  • Participate in on-call rotation with additional compensation

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing preferred
  • Proficient in administrative writing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach
