Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in the human resources and payroll functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation initiatives.
  • Supervise the payroll process and oversee payroll staff.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to management on performance management practices.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Office Manager.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing fundamentals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in HR systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of Sage software is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
