Construction Administrator 
Pay $25/hr 
Direct Hire 

 We are  looking for a detailed-oriented Office Administrator that can support their "Badging Process" for subcontractors, Purchase Card Reports, and Office Manager responsibilities.

Badging Process:
  • Managing at least 100 badges at a time
    • managing for 3 different sites (NA, Dublin, Hilliard)
    • 2-4 week process/badge
  • ensure sub-contractors complete background check
  • Receive ticket numbers and upload into Smart Sheets (like Excel)
    • experienced/proficient in Smart Sheets/Excel is a must
  • Effective communication skills
    • speaking with clients and letting them know where their sub-contracts are at in the process
  • Receive NDA, sign NDA, get their badge
Card Reports:
  • One designated email address that foreman send their receipts too. 
  • enter receipts into software (will be trained)
  • Coding out receipts
  • Following up and reminding foreman to send receipts in. 
Office Manager:
  • Answering phone calls/emails
  • making copies, administrative tasks
  • re-stock inventory
    • food/drink, office supplies, etc.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
