Integration Engineer, Lead

Key Role:

Orchestrate the development of a system of interest, including encompassing hardware or software through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development lifecycle
  • Experience with systems engineering for communications and edge node processing projects or systems
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements, including technical documentation
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Physics, or Mathematics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with designing and creating systems
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CCNA, ASEP, Network+, PMP, or Security+ Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
