Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Integration Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems, including hardware and software, from requirements determination to operations and retirement.
Key Responsibilities- Orchestrate the development of systems, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development lifecycle.
- Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement processes to meet the needs of specific projects, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
- 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development lifecycle.
- Experience with systems engineering for communications and edge node processing projects or systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and possess a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Experience with designing and creating systems, including technical documentation.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills and CCNA, ASEP, Network+, PMP, or Security+ Certification.
