Program Manager, Lead

An effective portfolio requires a manager who is passionate about guiding programs through the complexities of its lifecycle. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our Air Force client's portfolio achieves success.

As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding a team. The Air Force client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Aerospace field, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact Air Force acquisition programs and sustainment activities while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in the DoD with program management, contract management, or engineering

  • Experience with program management with at least one ACAT Level I program

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with designing, acquiring, or sustaining military propulsion systems

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III program management certification or equivalent

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
