The Centralized Support Coordinator is responsible for providing centralized support to our on-site property management teams across multiple geographical areas.  The Centralized Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient centralized processes which include but are not limited to community-level accounts payables, reporting, and other financial processes. 

Reports to: Vice President/Area Vice President/Regional Manager has primary authority and works with the Centralized Support Coordinator to determine the exact “day-to-day” duties.  Decisions will consider the Centralized Support Coordinator’s skills, experience, career goals, and how the individual best fits the working requirements/needs of the portfolio related to centralized processes. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Process invoices for multiple communities across the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support smooth financial operations
  • Communicate with on-site Community Managers regularly to ensure proper coding of invoices
  • Support Vice President/Area Vice President/Regional Manager in determining opportunities to pilot new centralized initiatives across the portfolio
  • Embody the Mill Creek mission, values, and brand promise in all actions
  • Address and complete all other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED), Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Multi-family, single-family rentals, built-to-rent, or related property management experience, or accounting experience
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Entrata, and Yardi
    • Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills such as measurements, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
    • Operate general office equipment such as, but not limited to, personal computer, and tablet
    • Capable of traveling, if necessary
    • Report to work on time, work assigned schedule, and accurately document/verify time worked
