We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of:
SALES ADMINISTRATOR
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the local Sales team by managing customer quotes and orders, soliciting vendor quotes, and ensuring the accuracy of customer and prospect data. This position is essential for maintaining updated backlog information and open order reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes for machines and accessories using Salesforce.
- Confirm pricing and obtain vendor quotes as necessary.
- Relay vendor feedback to Sales Representatives.
- Ensure customer data is accurately maintained in Salesforce.
- Process machine orders while ensuring data integrity.
- Send acknowledgment letters and PIP for new machine orders.
- Update pipeline and backlog information regularly.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Service departments to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Prepare weekly open order reports for management review regarding upcoming shipments.
- Maintain communication with the Sales team to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a Sales Support role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
