Business Objective: The client seeks to enhance vendor customer service to boost promotions and improve customer satisfaction, ultimately increasing product variety and revenue.

This role is well-suited for individuals with 1-2 years of experience looking to enter the digital space. The team is crucial in the early phases of the vendor digital journey, providing valuable insights into internal digital workflows.

Key Non-Technical Skills:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to suppliers
  • Provide Level 1 triage and troubleshooting support for supplier inquiries regarding item onboarding, maintenance, product content, and online experience
  • Manage a centralized Supplier Support mailbox and/or portal inquiries
  • Collaborate with core Merchants, Online Merchandising, and Enterprise Item Content teams to escalate and resolve supplier issues
  • Handle a single email mailbox to respond to supplier questions (e.g., content status online)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and direct tasks to the appropriate teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
