Key Responsibilities
  • Quote Development: Develop quotes and proposals for power service contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quote Follow-up: Follow up on quotes, provide additional information to sales teams, and track sales metrics to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Order Management: Receive purchase orders, coordinate order entry with the factory, and track orders to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
  • Internal Documentation: Perform internal write-ups and documentation to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient communication.
  • Customer Support: Assist in resolving field service issues for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Commission and Payment Management: Work with internal teams to confirm commissions and payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience or degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Some experience working in an office environment preferred, but not required.
  • Transportation: Must have own transportation.
