Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to alarm signals, providing timely communication to customers and first responders.
  • Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and technical issues with professionalism.
  • Conduct demonstrations of CPI's Real Time Response product.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
