This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Sales & Technical Installation Manager, where you’ll drive client relationships, sales, and growth, especially within the construction and mining sectors. Based in Houston, TX, you’ll lead sales efforts, manage technical installations, and travel frequently across the U.S., offering a competitive salary, commission, and premium health benefits package.

To thrive, you should have:        

7-10+ years of experience in technical sales with a strong record of business development, ideally in construction, mining, or related industries.Proven ability to generate sales and manage technical installations/operations in technology infrastructure-based industries.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, engaging effectively with decision-makers at all levels.Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and exploring new opportunities.Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and manage a small team of technicians.Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is desirable but not essential.

Your responsibilities as the Sales & Technical Installation Manager will include:        

Drive sales growth and revenue by building a solid pipeline across multiple states.Engage with key accounts in construction, mining, agriculture, and resource management sectors.Collaborate with executive teams to expand sales into the U.S. waste management market.Present tailored solutions and quotations to clients while managing technical installations.Maintain accurate records in CRM, promoting a positive business culture focused on safety and teamwork.
