Compensation is determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, geographical location, and experience, and it is uncommon for new hires to start at the upper end of the salary range. Position Summary:

The Installation Project Manager will oversee the deployment of United Imaging Healthcare's innovative medical products at client locations. The selected individual will be tasked with establishing new processes while ensuring exceptional service for existing customers during product installations.

Location: Remote/South, with a focus on Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, ideally near a major airport, particularly in the Houston and Dallas regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site planning activities from pre-sales support and site assessment through to installation and customer acceptance of diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, DR, etc.).
  • Develop scalable processes, procedures, planning guides, and templates to enhance site planning and installation operations amidst rapid sales and workforce growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to end-users on pre-installation requirements, including room layout and design.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure successful installations and satisfied customers.
  • Conduct customer facility visits and inspections to verify site readiness.
  • Guide and review the creation of engineering drawings for facility layouts.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for each installation, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Offer feedback to Engineering for product improvements related to installation.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%, with significant travel throughout Texas and neighboring states.
  • Basic understanding of site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including the ability to interpret site-specific floor plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships effectively with customers and within internal teams.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, time-sensitive, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Capability to work around magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla.
  • Ability to operate in a radiation environment.
  • Creative, adaptable, and collaborative approach to technical problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team, including physicists, scientists, engineers, and executives, in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
