Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth in their microwaveassisted synthesis digestion FTIR and Raman spectroscopy product lines within the territory of TX OK AR and LA. Your location is ideally near Houston TX but other major cities in the territory are possible.
The base salary range for this position is $81000 to $91700/year. The commission plan is uncapped pays monthly from dollar one and includes bonuses for exceeding targets. They offer full benefits a profit sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10000 anniversary bonus every five years. Sign on bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing accounts.
Presenting to small and large audiences including Csuite executives production and lab managers and technicians.
Qualifying opportunities developing and presenting proposals and closing business.
Travel (up to 5060% including overnight) for meetings demonstrations and installations
Skills and qualifications you will need:
Experience in technical sales analytical instruments sales strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in a natural sciences or engineering is preferred
Valid drivers license and passport.
