Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Support the social services team.
- Provide excellent customer service when responding to participant inquiries.
- Supply resource referrals.
- Be welcoming to in-person clients and over the phone.
- Update spreadsheets with accurate data entry.
- Process mailings.
- Copy and distribute program information.
