Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies.
- Prioritize the outperformance of budgeted sales goals and community revenue targets by efficiently performing all processes and tasks required to close sales.
- Represent the ideal Brookdale sales professional and promote a mission-driven sales culture.
- Communicate current product information to community associates daily and as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely move-in forecasts as requested.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving rapid occupancy growth and prioritizing rate integrity at assigned communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as the ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
