Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth of the full suite of ServiceNow enterprise solutions within the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This individual will act as the lead for all customer and partner engagements to align ServiceNow solutions to CMS's mission. They will be responsible for delivering revenue and exceeding quarterly sales targets within this territory by developing and leading a coordinated enterprise sales campaign..
Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years selling enterprise software solutions into the U.S. Federal Health Agency (CMS) and demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of ServiceNow.
  • Ability to align the value of the solutions to customer's missions, KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Establish strong customer relationships/partnerships to mature into a trusted advisor role.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of the solution while outlining the ROI and total cost of ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities in new mission areas and expand revenue while expanding current footprint.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the partner ecosystem and share the value of the NOW Platform to capture new mission program business.
  • Ability to uncover opportunities and drive a capture plan to gain new sources of revenue.
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Strong communication/presentations skills.
  • Strong customer references.
