We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a strong attention to detail.
 
Responsibilities
 
* Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports
* Maintain and organize physical and digital files
* Answer and screen phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a professional manner
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of team events and special projects
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
 
Requirements
 
* High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
