This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are an individual contributor committed to supporting all strategic changes for the NA region and enhancing a consumer-focused mindset. You are analytical by nature and eager to develop an integrated reporting framework that will enable stronger and efficient decision-making abilities at a regional level across all distribution channels. You are adept to working closely with all regional operations in each distribution network (retail full price, outlets, wholesale, all both online and offline) as well as the global supporting functions of a company (Marketing, Store Planning, Finance, IT, Logistics, Transformation/PMO, Merchandising & Planning). A special focus will be collaborating on the consumer's insights, from prospects to loyal customers, with a marketing focus.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day will have an emphasis on business analytics, strategic support, and project management, reporting directly to the President of North America.
Business Analytics
• Leverage internal reporting tools, in partnership with IT and Business Transformation teams, to understand all data points to consolidate and analyze such data to track and measure our omni-channel performance.
• Provide analytics and recommendations from customer insights in order to refine our strategy and investments (Marketing, Product, Activations) in order support our customers' acquisition and loyalty goals.
•E-commerce / digital evolution: Drive progress in building brand storytelling and discovery across critical touchpoints
• Maintain the quality of reporting inclusive of data governance and propose improvements when needed, ensuring that relevant KPIs are well monitored, enabling the right decision making support.
• Monitor possible additional external benchmarks, tools (e.g. Automation tools, AI, others) and data (free and paid), to complete our reporting models
North America Region Strategic Support
• Define and adjust the regional strategy for LRP's; spearheading a consumer focus strategy to drive acquisition and retention through segmented marketing strategies in addition to maintaining a strong coordination between central analytics and retail + wholesale needs
• Strategically support with allocation resources to meet marketing and merchandising priorities
• Outline new insights and opportunities in order to evolve existing business models, taking into consideration the overall customer journey across all distribution channels to ensure an Omni channel approach
• Identify opportunistic platforms / partners / digital solutions including AI to improve the overall region efficiency (tools, processes)
• Support our progress in outlining and proposing merchandising opportunities within existing and new classifications, based on market research and partner insights
Project Management
• Spearhead the Regional Long Term Strategic Plan (LRP) while integrating the marketing, merchandising, planning & finance
• Partner with the North America Leadership team and central departments for project management support linked to consumers' proximity and Omni channel approach, ensuring alignment across all critical stakeholders.
To Land This Role:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred 8+ years' experience working in consulting or project management/planning Experience in CRM, operations or retail excellence or FP&A Strong Presentation skills and executive presence Strong collaboration and creative problem solving skills Proficient in all modern digital tools & platforms - including social media Proficient in managing reporting and BI tools ideally with AI or Automation skills

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 145,000.00 USD - 175,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
