Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Account Management, North America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic and integrated planning for the Glossier North America business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive North America wholesale strategy and business plan with a focus on Fragrance.
- Building and leading relationships with North America partners.
- Creating a project plan for the execution of our three-year roadmap with a focus on Fragrance.
- Managing and tracking progress across functions, workstreams, and key milestones; overseeing cross-functional execution to deliver on launch strategy and ongoing execution.
- Responsible for P&L management of key accounts and delivering on net and retail sales goals, managing operational expenses, and EBITDA targets.
- Partnering with Operations/Logistics and Planning teams to determine inventory planning and forecasting approach and execution, fulfillment requirements, and technology support.
- Partnering with Brand, Product, and Marketing leadership and teams to develop product assortment strategy and appropriate product refinements, as well as marketing activation and launch strategy.
- Managing retailer coop budgets to drive business results.
- Partnering with owned Retail and Ecommerce partners to coordinate marketplace opportunities and channel optimization online and offline.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in sales/marketing functions in the beauty industry, with a focus on Fragrance.
- Sephora experience is preferred.
- A strategic thinker with a tactical project management execution skillset.
- Cross-functional collaboration and partnership across marketing, product, operations, technology, and finance.
- The ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally, with senior management, communicate effectively in meetings, and describe deliverables and project milestones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
The estimated annual pay range for this role is $145,000-189,000. Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.
Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
