We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our regional marketing efforts in North America. As Regional Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and expansion in the region.

You will work closely with our global marketing, sales, and partner teams to deliver aligned goals and objectives. Your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth, marketing-sourced revenue, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a region-specific marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned goals and objectives
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and iterate on strategies
  • Plan and execute regional marketing events, hosted and sponsored
  • Advocate for the brand in the region, internally and externally
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and best practices
  • Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience with planning and organizing regional marketing events
  • Self-starter with the ability to leverage data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a creative thinker
  • Experience with marketing technologies for reporting and campaign execution
