Description

Kforce is working with a premium snack brand in search of a Business Relationship Manager to join their team This position is full time, direct hire and on-site 2-3 days a week in Salt Lake City, UT. As the Business Relationship Manager (Digital Technologies Business Partner), you will be a trusted partner to the teams in all aspects related to digital technology which includes end user technologies, enterprise planning, data, integration, architecture, automation, etc. The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships with internal customers, as well as acting as a liaison between Health & Wellness (H&W) IT Team and end-users. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, IT Governance, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Change Management capabilities to ensure that all business needs, including future-oriented strategic developments, are balanced, and prioritized to ensure benefits are accrued
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize technology investments and provide insights to H&W IT leadership
  • Assist Business and IT leaders with the development and support of new business capabilities through technology solutions to meet evolving business requirements, which have a return on investment
  • Define the initiative's business objectives via business cases in collaboration with H&W IT leads, analyze current work processes pertaining to these objectives, identify areas for process changes, research and recommend viable technology solutions, develop project cost estimates, and document the initiatives cost justification or ROI (Return of Investment)
  • Recommendations will be reviewed and approved by the appropriate IT Governance Committee comprised of members from Leadership, H&W IT and Business department requestors
Requirements

Able to perform the following duties:

  • Manage the alignment between H & W IT and all Business departments via a single point of focus in IT who will be charged with supporting the end users; This will include managing project request intake and supporting escalation on outstanding service requests
  • Coordinate cross functional business and IT teams to develop the business case, solutions, and approvals to prioritize and implement required technology
  • Act as a single point of focus and advocate for business customers for IT tactical and strategic services
  • Gain support from related stakeholders for the technology direction and champion the migration towards modern technology
Business Relationship Manager Skills:
  • Planning and Prioritization: Cultivate deep understanding of the needs of business users, identifying opportunities and making recommendations on how to leverage technology to accelerate and meet business goals.
  • Business and IT Alignment: Work with businesses to map required business goals to planning and implementation of modern technology to support the outcomes.
  • Communications and Relationship Building: Engage in significant interaction at senior management levels; able to effectively communicate highly technical information to at all levels of the organization; effectively develop relationships with individuals inside and outside of IT.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
