• Calendar management for two directors

• Taking meeting minutes and scheduling meetings - Note takings skills (meeting minutes is an essential part of job), utilizing word or excel (ability to create graphs, understand the data they are putting in).

• Event planning – organizing staff engagement events, meeting events where they will organize lunch for the group, they will map out how we are going to do it seating arrangements, etc.

• Manage budgets for projects and events they are supporting.

• PowerPoint (will roll up to exec team, need to be more than proficient at using). Comfortable presentative PowerPoint presentations

• Type of projects: support directors on quarterly business reviews, making sure action items are complete, assist with planning workshops from start to finish, run security town hall once a month -they do department updates, employee shoutouts, coordinate employee appreciation week, employee newsletters, and any other initiatives they are driving.
