Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Manage and file necessary documentation
  • Assist in developing and overseeing project budgets
  • Prepare pre-construction RFP packages
  • Facilitate project meetings, establish milestones, and create monthly reports for owners
  • Implement job processes including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
  • Update project schedules and maintain quality control
  • Support the project closeout process
  • Collaborate with project superintendents and site operations teams throughout project duration

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of field experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience with ground-up healthcare and tenant improvement projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and applicable standards
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Project/P6, Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline)
