Key Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will be tasked with:
1. Overseeing electrical projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, timeline, and quality standards.
2. Managing financial aspects through continuous job forecasting.
3. Conducting pre-construction meetings to facilitate smooth transitions from estimating to field execution.
4. Collaborating with prefabrication and design teams.
5. Coordinating with foremen to manage and direct electricians effectively.
6. Setting clear objectives and expectations for foremen.
7. Upholding safety standards and demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety.
8. Addressing and resolving client concerns as they arise.
9. Estimating change orders when necessary for assigned projects.
10. Managing project closeout procedures and conducting post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
11. Accurately estimating time and materials for projects and providing timely quotes.
12. Overseeing work orders and approving invoices.
13. Maintaining high levels of customer service while managing client expectations.
14. Developing and nurturing a network of professional relationships within the industry.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree (electrical engineering preferred).
- 3-7 years of proven experience as an electrical project manager, particularly in large-scale projects.
- Previous experience in electrical estimating.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
