Exciting Leadership Opportunity in Operations

What You'll Do

Lead Operations:

  • Manage spare parts sales initiative, overseeing marketing, procurement, and logistics.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance product profitability.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Set targets for revenue, sales pipeline, and gross profit percentages.

Build Relationships

  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges, devising effective plans to address them.

Marketing And Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Supervise participation in industry events and trade shows.

Operational Management

  • Supervise commercial and logistical processes, including Letters of Credit and office management.

Education

What We're Looking For:

  • Business Administration degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in business administration, with knowledge of machining and fabrication beneficial.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to drive results, manage complexity, and value differences.
