Director of Spare Parts Sales and Operations

Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales and Operations:
- Manage spare parts sales, including marketing, procurement, logistics, and business development.
- Strategically plan for revenue growth and product profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics like revenue, sales pipeline goals, and gross profit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Address potential threats and opportunities for enhanced partnerships.
- Control marketing budget and create strategies to boost brand presence and generate leads.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.
- Oversee commercial and logistical processes, including Letters of Credit, Shipping, and Office Management.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Additional skills in engineering/technical fields, ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, and knowledge of machining and fabrication.
- Strong communication skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to manage complexity.
