Regional Sales Director for Print Business Market

Duties include territory management, service and expansion of prospect and customer base within a defined geographical area and or assigned region through sale of a suite of products and services marketed primarily to financial institutions, government entities, utilities, health services delivery/insurance companies, universities, or other lines of business to business located throughout the region.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess new business development and account management experience with a focus on complex solution selling. Successful candidates will have sold product/services into Business-to-Business marketplace preferably into the markets listed above.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Direct sales responsibilities for generating new sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding product line penetration within existing customer base.
- Successful candidate needs to be a polished, highly motivated sales professional skilled at solution selling and have the ability to clearly articulate Cathedral’s value proposition to decision makers within the business market.
- Demonstrated track record of success operating within a primarily “cold calling” sales environment. High comfort level work independently and conducting regular boardroom presentations to professional groups.
- Ability to work within a collaborative, highly motivated, commissioned sales group following a prospecting blueprint designated by the organization.
- Successful candidate will be a self-starter who will openly communicate with the Cathedral marketing department to design and implement regular marketing outreach programs designed to increase lead generation and expand opportunity pipeline in concert with the VP of Sales.
- Successful candidate must have a working knowledge and demonstrated skills with Salesforce CRM program.
- Represents Company at trade association conferences and smaller regional industry meetings to promote product and services.
- Ability to be onsite at Cathedral’s operating plants when required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
