Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Ensuresthatallemployee complianceinformationiscomplete,tracked and scanned into employee electronic file.
- Answersandroutesresponsesfrom business unitregardingjob and regulatory requirements.
- Completes, verifies, supports, and audits the internal and external processes related to: Background checks, DHS, I-9s, Immigration, Psychotherapy Sexual Exploitation, and License, certification, and driver's license renewal process.
- Ensures regulatory compliance by adhering to, maintaining, and offering improvementsto regulatory compliance within identified target dates.
- Periodically runs reports and audits of HR files to ensure all required documents meet compliance standards. Create reports utilizing internal systems and programs.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for I-9 management and I-9 verification issues.
- Oversees execution of compliance requirements and serve as the escalation point involving regulatory matters and job requirements.
- Supports document retrieval for regulatory audits from the Department of Human Services, The Joint Commission, and the Department of Transportation.
- Recognizes continuous improvement opportunities and provides insight to leadership.
- Schedule, coordinate, and assist with meeting planning and coordination.
- Compiles metrics and reporting data for statistical reporting as well as preparing and distributing reports.
- Processes expenses and invoices with external vendors and accounts payable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience required and
- 0 to 2 years of previous recruiter assistance or recruitment related experience preferred
