To be successful in this role, you must have: High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role. You will really stand out if you have: A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment law. Experience using HRIS and MS Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $27.21 - $34.02 hourly. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
