Key Responsibilities-
Roadmap Planning : You'll oversee multiple product portfolios, setting strategic direction and owning value propositions based on customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

Financial Health : Responsible for crafting and executing a five-year Return on Invested Capital (RoIC) plan for Mining Products, overseeing pricing, margins, strategic inventory, and supporting supply chain and sourcing activities.

Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee ESCO's mining product lifecycle from inception to phase-out, ensuring strategic positioning and continuous improvement. Collaborate on enhancements, updates, and obsolescence with cross-functional teams.

Market Assessment: Conduct thorough market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, analyzing customer needs, pain points, and preferences to refine product strategies and prioritize development efforts based on identified value propositions.

Product Requirement Definition : Work with cross-functional teams to define clear product requirements, translating market insights into actionable features, specifications, and performance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Team Culture and Development: As a leader, foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning in a positive team culture, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, celebrating achievements, providing mentorship, and investing in training to enhance capabilities.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields is required.

Master's in Business (MBA): An MBA is highly regarded.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is essential.

Experience in the mining industry, particularly with a background in cable shovel and/or dragline operating practices and product design, is highly valued.
