Provide sales support for Crane products and services to Account Managers and customers.
Develop and maintain product and product knowledge necessary to service internal and external customers within assigned market.
· Coordinate all assigned internal and external service projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
· Prepare project file with equipment manuals and parts lists.
· Review inspection reports findings.
· Prepare and deliver service quotes to customers for field service and in-house repair opportunities.
· Assist customer service team with order entry tasks.
· Obtain credit information to set up new customers.
· Estimate labor for service jobs.
· Assist in margin growth through obtaining discounts and inventory decision-making.
· Supports sales staff with obtaining business.
· Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
· Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; Ability to interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer service and increasing sales.
· Strong customer service and time management skills.
