This role is pivotal in providing essential sales assistance for Crane's array of products and services to both Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Cultivate and uphold comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist both internal and external clients within the designated market.

· Oversee all assigned service initiatives, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial parameters.

· Assemble project documentation, including equipment manuals and parts inventories.

· Analyze findings from inspection reports.

· Generate and present service quotations for field and in-house repair services to clients.

· Support the customer service team with order processing tasks.

· Gather credit information to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.

· Solicit quotes from various vendors, both represented and unrepresented.

· Provide labor estimates for service assignments.

· Contribute to margin enhancement through strategic discount acquisition and inventory management.

· Assist the sales team in securing new business opportunities.

· Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

· A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience. Sales experience is advantageous.

· Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

· Professional phone etiquette with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales enhancement.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

· Capable of working effectively under pressure.

· Excellent customer service and time management abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
