Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive support capacity, ideally within the finance sector.

Proven expertise in communication, project management, data management, report generation, customer service, organizational skills, meeting facilitation, time management, calendar oversight, and research capabilities.

3.

Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

4.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for multitasking.

5.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications.

6.

A proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

7.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

8. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
