- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively assist both internal teams and external clients.
- Oversee all assigned service projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Compile project documentation, including equipment manuals and parts lists.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Reviewing inspection reports and addressing findings.
  • Preparing and presenting service quotes for both field and in-house repair services.
  • Supporting the customer service team with order processing tasks.
  • Gathering credit information for new customer setups.
  • Requesting quotes from various vendors.
  • Estimating labor costs for service assignments.
  • Contributing to margin improvement through effective discount negotiations and inventory management.
  • Assisting sales personnel in securing new business opportunities.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong focus on customer service.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
