Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products to effectively assist both internal and external clients.
  • Oversee all assigned service projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Compile project documentation, including equipment manuals and parts lists.
  • Review findings from inspection reports.
  • Prepare and present service quotations for field and in-house repair opportunities.
  • Support the customer service team with order processing tasks.
  • Gather credit information for new customer setups.
  • Request quotes from various vendors.
  • Estimate labor costs for service assignments.
  • Contribute to margin enhancement through effective discount negotiation and inventory management.
  • Assist sales personnel in securing business opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in customer service.
