BS/BA in accounting with 7-10 years of experience, including leadership.
Experience in nonprofit accounting, financial compliance, cash management, and investing.
Expertise in financial instruments, capital projects, and strategic financial planning.
Knowledge of Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar software.
Experience in independent schools is beneficial.
Flexible schedule for emergencies and special functions.
Support the Catholic mission of the School and Monastery.

Collaborate with the Head of School and Board of Directors on strategic and financial planning.
Maintain nonprofit financial accounts according to standards.
Oversee Business Office staff and operations.
Provide strategic leadership and manage the School’s finances.
Manage relationships with banks and ensure funding compliance.
Work with external auditors for timely annual audits.
Handle school insurance and risk management programs.
Collaborate with Operations for efficient project and service cost management.
Manage tuition revenue, student accounts, and bookstore transactions.
Maximize revenue from summer programs and the hockey rink.
Promote transparent communication among staff, faculty, and administration.
Develop financial strategies compliant with laws and policies.
Seek alternate financing sources to support programs.
Ensure empathetic support from the Business Office for all constituencies.
Approve payables and credit card expenditures.
Complete various financial surveys.
Provide financial services for the Monastery.
