We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our organization. A deep understanding of union contracts and payment processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Direct and manage all financial operations, including payroll for staff and productions, accounts payable, and income forecasting.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to relevant union contracts and payment guidelines.
- Accounts Payable: Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring prompt payments and meticulous record-keeping.
- Financial Planning: Develop cash flow forecasts to aid in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements and budget analyses.
