Enterprise Sales Operations Director

At Gilbane Building Company, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Operations Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales operations excellence across our enterprise, ensuring seamless processes, and delivering strategic insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to optimize sales performance and efficiency
- Lead the development and maintenance of sales processes, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and customer success
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for new business opportunities or partnerships
- Provide market insights to the enterprise from qualified research entities
- Develop tools and secure resources to communicate competitive intelligence factors, differentiation strategies, and distribute across the enterprise to improve divisional and business unit winning advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and communications or related field
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and communications
- Experience and knowledge in the Built Environment
- Strong leadership qualities, business acumen, and strategic thinking
- Deep national Industry, Government, and Client relationships
- Executive presence and board-level presentations skills
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Knowledge of finance, market portfolios, risk management, and performance management
- Knowledge and experience with multiple geographic markets
- In-depth knowledge of general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
