We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Practitioner II to join our team at Next 150 Construction, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment, and resolving accounts payable issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter invoices into our financial system and ensure prompt payment to vendors and employees
  • Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors, including discrepancies and payment delays
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMiC software
  • Construction accounting experience a plus
