Overview

Program/Human Capital Analyst is responsible for planning, assessing, and evaluating programs.  This role will assist with the development and maintenance of Human Capital planning and execution. The successful candidate will support DOS (Department of State) in complying with the federal mandates below and shall implement these requirements based on guidance and timelines provided by the Department.

The primary responsibilities of the Human Capital Analyst include:

  • Perform as a true consultant anticipating customer needs
  • Support HR actions, program strategy, ad hoc tasker responses and data calls
  • Update and monitor the status of vacant positions
  • Develop and keep updated all staffing patterns, position descriptions, advertisements, hiring memos, and other documentation to support the hiring process
  • Respond to all HR-related data calls and obtain concurrence from the Government Leadership
  • Meet with A/EX/HR once a week or more frequently to discuss HR actions for DT/EI.
  • Support the development and management of documents, memos and reports in accordance to DT requirements 
  • Proactively and appropriately communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to define user requirements and discuss issues, questions, and project status
  • Understand human capital requirements and how to meet the client’s business objectives
