We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Federal Advisory practice as a Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving workforce transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and developing thought leadership in the field of human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholders management, meeting/workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project/financial management.
- Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
- Develop and implement organizational design/assessment strategies.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to human capital (organizational design/assessments).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience designing/leading business transformation initiatives, with a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.
- Experience developing/implementing organization assessments and methodologies.
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.
- Experience mentoring or managing employees, including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to travel to support firm engagements as required.
- Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
