Amentum is seeking a Human Capital Management Analyst

Amentum is a leading provider of professional services and solutions to the U.S. government and commercial markets. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Capital Management Analyst to support our Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workforce analysis and assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees.
  • Analyze organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement and morale.
  • Conduct research and analysis on human resources policies, programs, and trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on personnel matters such as employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Manage human resources data and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of federal human resources regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
