Transformative Leadership Opportunity

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Federal Advisory practice as a Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of human capital and organizational design, with a proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams, focusing on talent development, performance, design, and analytics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, including stakeholder management, facilitation, deliverable creation, and project management.
  • Develop and implement organizational design and assessment strategies, driving thought leadership and intellectual capital.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in human capital, organizational design, and assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or related field preferred.
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, with a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and human capital best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to support firm engagements as required.
  • U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
